2. Registration requirements

One working day before the deadline for online bidding, the supplier must submit all relevant materials required by the "qualified bidder" and affix the official seal, and at the same time provide a copy of the bidding margin certificate with the official seal. Bidders who fail to submit application materials in accordance with the above requirements will result in their questioning or rejection of bidding qualifications.

Three, bidding instructions

1. This project has not been verified for imported products, and the purchased goods are domestic products, and bidding for imported products is not accepted. The above materials must be stamped with the official seal of the quotation unit and signed by the legal representative (or its authorized representative) of the offeror. The quotation documents must be stamped with a seam seal and bound into a book.

Six, bidding margin

1. The bidding deposit is RMB 3,000, which shall be submitted in non-cash forms such as bank transfer or wire transfer (cash and cash deposits are not accepted); bidding deposits not submitted in the name of the bidder will result in their bidding qualification being rejected. If the bidder’s bid deposit does not reach the designated account one day before the bid deadline, his bidding qualification will be rejected.

2. The bidder who has not won the bid can apply for an interest-free return one working day after the announcement of the bidding result. The bidder who has won the bid shall provide the purchasing agency with the original purchase contract and acceptance certificate after the delivery inspection.

Seven, signing the contract, delivery time, delivery location

1. After receiving the "Notice of Winning Bid", sign a contract within the specified time as required, and deliver it to the designated location for installation and commissioning according to the contract.
