1. Bidding conditions

The construction funds come from state-owned funds, which have been implemented, and the project investment ratio is 100%. The project has the bidding conditions. The general contract for the customer service center and canteen project of the XCMG automobile axle manufacturing project is now open for bidding, and interested potential bidders are specially invited to participate in the bidding.

2. Project overview and bidding scope

2.1 Project Overview:

2.1.1 Construction location: South of Zhongka North Road, Xuzhou High-tech Zone, west of Pengzu Avenue, north of Xugong Fire Truck Lot

2.1.5 Quality requirements:

3. Bidder qualification requirements

3.1 Applicants should have comprehensive Grade A engineering design or construction industry design level B (inclusive) or higher qualifications or construction industry (construction engineering) design level B (inclusive) or higher qualification design qualifications, and have the construction engineering general contracting level 3 (inclusive) ) And above construction qualification, and have the corresponding general contracting capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, funds, etc.

3.2 The bidder's proposed general contracting project manager shall have a registered engineer for survey and design or a national registered supervision engineer for housing construction engineering or a national second-level registered architect (inclusive) or a national second-level registered structural engineer (inclusive) or higher or a construction engineering major Grade 2 Registered Constructor (included) or above (obtained the "Construction and Construction Enterprise Safety Production Assessment Certificate", within the validity period), who has not implemented the registered practice qualification, obtains the senior professional technical title, and must meet the following conditions:

(1) General contracting project managers shall not be employed or practiced in two or more units at the same time.

(2) General contracting project managers shall not hold positions on two or more projects at the same time.

(3) The general contracting project manager has no criminal record of bribery; or has a criminal record of bribery, but it has been more than 5 years since the date of record.

3.3 Performance of bidders and project leaders:

3.5 The bidder and the proposed general contracting project manager shall have other requirements:

(1) If the bidder intends to assign the general contracting project manager as a registered constructor, he must obtain the "Construction Enterprise Safety Production Assessment Certificate" (Certificate B), and whether the general contracting project manager has no construction in progress after the change, or change There is no construction in progress afterwards (the original contract period must have expired and the change filing date has expired for 6 months), or the construction project has been suspended due to reasons other than the contractor or cannot be started on schedule for some reason, and the person in charge of the project has gone through the unlocking procedures , There may be construction in progress, but the construction in progress and the project in this bidding belong to the same project, the same project approval, the same construction site, and the total project scale is within the scope of the project manager’s practice Inside.
