For products sold in Super Electronic Mall, some products can be returned and exchanged without reason within 7 natural days from the date of receipt, and within 7-15 days from the date of receipt, 20% of the return amount will be charged as a return handling fee, more than 15 days The above subjective returns will not be processed. The models that can be returned are subject to the website markings. All products marked with ★ are applicable to subjective return and exchange, and product models that are not marked will not be returned.

Instructions for return and exchange:

1) The returned goods must be confirmed that the packaging is intact, the quantity is accurate, and the secondary sales will not be affected;

3. The scope that affects secondary sales includes but is not limited to the following situations:

1) Goods whose outer packaging is damaged, opened, unpacked, used or lacking accessories;

2) Commodities that are damaged due to force majeure or damaged due to improper use, maintenance, or storage;

3) Product quality problems caused by unauthorized maintenance, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, liquid intake, accident, alteration, incorrect installation, or tearing up or altering labels, machine serial numbers, anti-counterfeiting marks;

4) In the process of returning Suda Electronics, the goods damaged due to reasons other than Suda Electronics.
