1) The approved refund application will be refunded to the customer within 7-10 working days from the date of receipt of the refund application if the goods returned by the customer pass the warehouse inspection. If the inspection fails, no refund will be given. In addition, due to the delay of customers submitting refund applications and product returns, as well as the refund cycle of third-party payment platforms such as banks and Alipay, the possibility of delay in refund time is not ruled out.

2) Order refunds made by any payment method will be refunded in the same way as the original return (for example, when placing the order, use Alipay to pay, and the refund will be directly returned to the Alipay account).

3) When applying for a refund, you need to feed back the payment account and related information to the business or after-sales personnel in order to process your refund in time.
